Pirate Marinade
Wednesday, August 11th, 2010I have to be honest, I made this recipe because of it’s name. Who doesn’t love pirates right? It would work well with any meat or veggie I believe.
1/4 cup canola oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup red-wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
